I've got one of these over the K&N on my quad and it's chuffing good! You just slip it off and either wash by hand with a bit of soap or bung it in the washing machine. I ride my quad in mud, dust, sand and through rivers but the filter still looks brand new. I'm just about to get a couple for the Noble and thought you guys might be interested.

Edited to add:- Found a mail-order company in the UK, waiting for them to phone me re price...stay tuned

I'd be interested to know if the car feels like it's lost any power after fitting - it must reduce airflow to some degree.

Can you post some pix once you've fitted them?

Will do, but I don't think you'll lose anything powerwise. I just road up the road on the quad with and without the Outerware and it didn't make a blind bit of difference to the power.
I just think they've got to be good for the filters, especially if your filters are on the bulkhead where they're in the diract firing line of road debris and insects.

Hi Martin,

I suspect you're right. I guess it depends how close the K&Ns run to their maximum airflow on full throttle/max power (about 100 litres per second I think I read). If they can flow significantly more than that then I imagine it would require quite a lot of extra obstruction in the filter (i.e. the prefilters)to make a difference to the power output.

Are you still in Spain BTW?
