Driven a Cerbera at the Nürburgring?

Try visting a track here first and tinkering with the height until you feel comfortable and the turn in feels right.
Then make sure you have a jack/axle stand handy because you'll probably want to raise the rear a little - we had it set v low, exhaust clipped the apex of the karussel and did a small 180 which was fun but best avoided.
Tyre choice is very important as the limit of some can be reached relatively easily after a while (we were running bridgestone potenzas half-way through their life and once a bit familiar with the track they were at their limit).

BTG time? Thats not bad... How did the car feel there? Do you think the Cerbera takes to the ring well or is it a little uncomfortable?
How do you think a well driven 400bhp+ one with stickier tyres and well set up dampers would fare in good hands?
Also, it has to be asked... any more photos?? Always love to see a Cerb used properly (hard!)
Just how much do I want to experience the 'ring thing?
Went on a road trip a couple of years back and was penciled in for a day at the 'ring on the way back but got stuck in Italy for longer than expected so didn't get the chance.
I will get out there once I'm happy with the way the car is running, so that won't be until after my engine rebuild.

Yep thats bridge to gantry. Don't forget thats on the third trip there including one all weekender so around 45 or 50 laps total. I couldn't comment on your car with that power, but as standard its a lot of fun and you will feel like a rock star - the amount of respect you get for driving a cerbera there is unreal, zee germans and the dutch don't see much of them. Plus it sounds like a real beast next to the porsches and bmws

Not our car (yet) but wouldnt mind knowing what a properly tuned 4.5 will do!
I can imagine it getting respect, but I think it may be deserved, you look rather committed (or your's is pretty softly set up, im guessing its the former though) - something I wouldnt want to try at the ring for a looooong time (not been yet! except in GT4

I have virtually brand new Falkens and will be fitting Gaz adjustable shocks and rose jointed ARB bushes before I go, will be cranking the ride height up a bit anyway as runs a bit low on 45 series rubber at the back.
Oh yes, and what about noise levels? I have read the limit is 95db at the Ring, did you need track day silencers?

No think you are on the money, it's about the right time for Guillotine's - TVR MONSPA. Sadly couldn't make that one due to family stuff, but anyway I reckon a Cerb exclusive one would be awesome anyway - imagine if we could get a formation pic of maybe 10 Cerbs going round one of the banked corners.
