Why won't my guestbook work?

Can any of your clever computer bods help me. Aparently, my IP doesn't support "active server pages" and I want to include a visitor/comments log. Any ideas to get around this using MSFP. Take a look for yourself and see what happens when you try to post comment.

Your Form is trying to call
_derived/nortbots.htm
to submit the GuestBook (Looks like a Standard Microsoft FrontPage form)
most likely, your free ISP space doesnt support FrontPage Server Extensions.
You should contact Tiscali and ask them if your webspace supports FPSE, if it doesnt, then you will either have to use a different Guestbook form (search google, there will be alot of PHP based ones) or, look for a Webhost that does support FPSE.
