rear suspension bushes

Hi, done the front with Powerflex, tricky to fit but seem fine. The original front lasted 34,000 miles and were shot. I fear the rear want doing now, rear wheel camber never used to be 2 degrees. Anyone know how long the originals last? Is is best to fit Superflex Poly, or go Powerflex all round?

I've no idea how long the rears last,but just to compare to your experience,when i removed my fronts at 10k,two were already shot,one of them completely,and the other almost disintegrated!I still havent changed my rears as theyre fine(13k now),but when i do i'll be going back to Trackcar for more Poweflex ones.Its hard to imagine anything better than the glacier bearings and weld spot protectors really,even though i've never tried another brand.
I was very impressed when i put them on the front
