New clutch needed for chim

Can anyone please help with the replacement clutch part for my chim 400hc please? And the best place to source one?

Also need some brake pads, any ideas?

Bought my clutch of ebay last year (from the same guy I think). Only cost me 50quid and then got Leven to fit it for me. Absolutely no bother at all, was even delivered nexy day I think.
