VTS on Porsche 997C2S

Has anyone takene the option of having fitted the Porsche VTS. I' receiving my car in July and some insurance companies are requesting this. I've been told by my dealer that this can be fitted at the OPC is that correct?

Yes - thats correct - can be fitted by the OPC.
Seems to work well - I had a call within seconds of my wife driving the car with out the little black fob.

oh for a system that didn't kill you with an instant £10k of depreciation when your tracker-equipped car is rated as a stolen/recovery

will continue to insure with companies that don't insist on a tracker until this is sorted

I have the VTS on my C4S and am very pleased with the system.

I have set off a few false alarms though, but can confirm the system works very efficiently!!
