Exchange Error on all new E2K3 servers

Help folks!

I am introducing 2003 servers into an existing 5.5 environment. It seems ALL 2003 servers are reporting a Metabase error every 15 minutes. This wouldn't be so much of an issue, but I can't get the (new) E2K3 cluster to mount its virtual SA because of this.

Any Exchange bods got any ideas? I've never seen this one before....

Hi Greg...

Have you tried running the MS "Best Practices" tool on one of the Exchange 2003 servers. That may help you track down the error. Sorry I can't be of better help as I've never deployed Exchange as a cluster...

What's the event ID?

Have you run Replmon NetDiag DCdiag etc?

Yes, all diags run. Checks out okay.

At the moment the MTA won't start on the bridgehead.....
