Tyre sizes......again sorry!

I've had my "Last Edition" 450 for a few weeks know and have come to the conclusion that the Nexen tyres are crap to say the least!

My car has 16" wheels all round with 225/45 front and 245/45 rear, I want Toyo T1R's but they do not make the front size. Can some one confirm if my wheels are all the same width as the only options I have are 225/40 or the same as the rears 245/45.

What do you reckon?

I believe that the wheels are the same size, but I was advised by a TVR Specialist to uset 225/40's on the front, to avoid any rubbing on the wheel arches at full lock. I had an earlier Chim than yours (1998) but changed over to 16" wheels all round.

According to Elise-FAQ this little lot are availalbe in 225/45-16 (clearly SO2PP we all know are no longer about)
