Go Peds & Stuff Like That

Right then all you nice men of the law out there in PH land 
I've got a GoPed which I use mainly for flying around pits/paddock/infield at race meetings and trackdays, but every now and again it gets a blast on the public highways and byways, always in very quite aeras off main roads and away from any pedestrians
Recently, it seems the 'goped' style scooter has been the choice christmas gift for the kids in my aera and lots of them can be seen wizzing up and down the pavement, along with a few minimotos
So the question is if you were out and about on your patrols and saw......
a) big bloke riding sensibly with no other traffic or people about and when he saw you he jumped off the thing and started walking.
b) kids racing along busy pavement past queues at bus stops and on busy main roads.
What would your reactions be?
