Thanks, that is my first spotted! I was in the yellow griff. We were heading to Dover for our trip to Spa and the Nurburgring. Nearly 1500 miles in 6 days and only one spotted!?!?!
Cheers Rob

I spotted the 3 TVRS and a burgundy Noble M12 GTO parked up in a village called Altenahr in the three valleys region of Germany over the bank holiday.
One of the TVRs was G7M XL of Rob Pack. Who were the othe TVRs and the Noble?
You were spotted Rob.
Lovely area. Great roads.

Yep,

Altenahr is a cracking little town. We stayed at a hotel in "Red Wine Street". Say no more.

Mine was the pale blue Griff.

Good trip apart from the rain which made the Ring decidedly dodgy in a Griff although got some dry laps in as well. Same at Spa - very greasy in the morning but fabulously dry in the pm until the rains came again.

We all made it there and back under our own power!

When I saw the PH stickers, I knew that you would all reply.
Altenahr is a really nice little place, I agree.
Your cars were all parked with their noses over looking the river.
Was that the place that you stayed at?
We were eating in a lovely little restaurant about a stones throw from there.
Very enjoyable weekend, despite the changeable weather.
Great roads though!

We were staying in a hotel in Mayschoss (or summat like that) about a mile down the valley through THAT TUNNEL .

Depending when you saw us we could well have been next door in the wine cellar sorting a bit of personal exporting.

You mean us lot -

Super little town, Altenahr, and this parking just across the road from the wine cave.
