Anyone had a after market AirCon system fitted to there
Tam ? or the TVR system. Realised the other day whilst
sitting in a jam at the Euro Tunnel that these guy's
really do get !@#$%^ hot standing still ! and it was
not a HOT day.....

Previous threads on this topic seem the direct punters to the original TVR parts and a cost of $2,000ish for supply/fitting. About the same as the cost of the option on a new TVR. It does work though.

Been thinking about this recently.

I reckon it would be possible to fit almost any system into a Tiv if you really tried.

It can't be that hard to buy a small compressor off a city runaround that has A/C as standard and squeeze it into the engine bay?

Anyone looked into this before?

There must be some 3rd part solutions out there !
these cars do get hot in the summer especially
when standing still.....

I've heard that the TVR system is not that great
and is AirCon only on certain vents...

Sorry, been in the US on and off for weeks recently, work in $ too. I mean quidus maximus McBritish notes.

I so know the feeling. Its crazy I spend my life converting £ to $ because my brain is tuned to $$ now!
