Somewhere to stop on the way back

As chief organiser for our trip, I thought it might be a good idea to arrange a motel room on the way back (we're returning on the Monday) for us to shower etc... last year other half was not impressed when I walked through the door after a full weekend camping!

Just wondering if anyone else does this or has any suggestions of a decent mid point to stop at (going back via Calais)

We're staying here on the way down - its not expensive & looks really nice.

Might be worth a try?

le touquet / le touquet , le touquet - only place for monday night!!

Le Touquet is a good place to stay,some good bars and food and some very good Hotels.

The Westminster is a very good hotel but we couldn't book this year as its already full.
But Monday night might be quieter though.

We have stayed on The Sunday night for the last few years and are doing the same again this year.
