Porsche day at Harewood House on SUnday..

I am going, the car has been fully nobbed up, clay and the works, and will not be used until Sunday so hopefully be the shinniest car there (not entered in the concours though) 
Just hoping it doesn't rain like last year, but is unlikely in the middle of a drought. Should also be more entertaining than Noddy was yesterday

According to the forecast (www.metcheck.com) it is meant to be good weather, although it wouldn't take much to beat last year!

yes there is a car park
i might go to this as last year was fun when i got to the gate and the nob in a porsche shirt says you cant park that up there its porsche only so i said will park next to the noble tvr range rover and bmw he said no park at the house a mile away from the event he was told to phuck off and i parked with all the other non porsches

Up at the house all the Porsches get to park in lines on the field in front of the house. Just in front of the concours event and JWBs/Strasse cars + tents.
Is a good event. Costs about £12 to get into the house grounds though.
If you don't have a porshce, you can still park up at the house, there is another public car park there anyway which is still open for these events, you just have to tell the chap on the car park.

There would of been about 100 - 200 cars overall last year and that was with crappy weather, there was about 50 cars on display.
This is a PCGB day so it would normally be just Porsches on display but 'others' do come along to admire these marvelous cars!
