Headlight perspex faring question

Can you get any form of polish to use on the headlight farings to remove very minor scratches that build up over the years.

I know you can get stuff for renovating the clear plastic on the folding hood section, i.e the micro scratches that cause the plactic to become less transparent. Could this be used on the headlight farings too or is there something else available.

I've used Tcut before and it worked OK

Meguiars Plastx is great for this type of thing it's available from Halfords for about £7

Even deep scratch's will come out on plastic if you use wet and dry sandpaper,start with a 400 grit (use a block so you won't get dig's and dings) and progress up the grades,800 then 1200 will be ok,then a cutting compound.

I've used Farecla G10 which I'd bought to bring back the finish to my paintwork. It's gentle, water based and did the job for me when used with the leccy buffer.
