Yet another example of the justice system....!

Just picked up my local paper (which is usually used as bird cage poo absorber!) and I just read an interesting yet annoying story.

Apperently in some areas of Devon there are lots of vandelism etc.

So what the local councils have decided to do is give these fine examples of youth culture free windsurfing / skiing / outdoor activity lessons. This has led to a 100% drop in vandelism.

So if you want that free track day, or a few windsurfing pointers, come to Devon and smash up a few cars!

I know some councils run Banger Racing for juvenile delinquents. I think I'm a shade too old at 44 to convince anyone that I'm a bit of a terror.
