What is the legality and functionalty of these radar/laser detectors ??

This is totally non-responsive since I'm in the US, but having tested the top end cobras, escorts etc, I'd stick with a Valentine 1 every time. Also, IMHO, battery operated ones aren't worth it, they either auto-off when you expect them to be on or run out of juice.

Ive got a road angel 2, as in the latest one but without the internal battery (which is the PLUS version) and LASER detection doesnt work in the wedge as it keeps going off saying 'LASER LASER CHECK SPEED' when im in the driveway!...which is poo.

Phoned up road angel and they said 'what car have you got' and when i said TVR they only replied 'oh yeah, they dont work in there because of all the interfearance!'

Admitedly they offered me my money back but i mainly use it in the rep-mobile! Works well in there!~
