I need a new PC, looking to spend around £400 - I already have a monitor.

Dell seem to only supply systems with monitors, seems pointless paying for one when I already have one!

Can anyone recommend anywhere online?

I'm currently looking at Dabs but it seems pricey.

www.scan.co.uk

Used them for years, always been pretty good to me.

Depends entirely on what you will be using it for to where you should buy one I think..

You could put together your own system (without a monitor) by buying what you want from somewhere like - www.overclockers.co.uk/

Depends on your ability to screw things together and plug things in I suppose though. But you will have a system that you want for less than buying a complete package off the shelf.

Dell will apparently sell monitor-less if you ring them up.

Scan, Mesh and Evesham all get good reviews, or if you're feeling flush then Alienware can't be beaten.
