Another headlight fairing question

Has anyone had to cut down the outer flange of the perspex to fit? My new ones seem to be a lot bigger than what remained of my old ones, John.

A low grade carborundum or Diamond grinding disc will be ok if your grindinding up to 3mm,otherwise acsess to a bandsaw maybe better,or if your carefull,use a jigsaw with a fine blade.

You'll need to cut a section out to clear the indicator.
