Ok, I feel stupid! I have an expenses form that I have filled in, all in £GBP. Problem is I should have done it in Swedish Kr!!!

So do we have any clever dicks that can tell me a formula in Excel that will multiply ALL cells within a page by the currency rate (about 13 to the quid) and save me doing this manually?!??!?

Please help!!!!

Without needing to complicate it put a formula in the empty cell next to the top GB figure =cellnext door*13

So it works out the correct figure. Copy that formula down so you now have acolumn of cells with the correct figure in, select them, copy then paste them OVER the GB figures using paste special and value. Delete the forumulas and job done...about 30 secs.

Hope that helps. if can be done with loop formulas in VB but by the time you've pissed around it will take a lot longer.

how about, putting the exchange rate in cell A1 on the first sheet.

Then adding another worksheet, making the forumla =[sheet1XX]*sheet1 $A$1 then dragging that forumla across the whole sheet. That should replicate the first sheet in Krona.

I think

Or ..

You can put 13 in a cell, copy it, highlight the cells containing your numbers, edit, paste special, and select multiply from the options.

Beat me to it, that's the easiest way.
