400SE Side light bulb replacement??

As above. I've tried searching, but couldn't find a definitive answer. (SH book at home)
What's the easiest way to change the OS side light bulb, as it has blown. These sidelight/indicator units are sealed in??

You may be able to get at em from inside the light pod. I fitted new units a few months ago and while doing it I thought ...........How the do you replace bulbs once these are glued in ??? It may be best to remove the unit. Its a job I would dread I think I would prefer to do the rear brakes. Good luck let us know how you get on. (btw they aint in the bible)

the only way to get at the front indicator and side lights is from underneath. you may need to remove the undertray if you have one, or you may beable to get access via the radiator / oil cooler intake.

That's about it, and you don't want to remove unless absoloutly a must, as they are a bu**er to get out and then you have to refit and reseal them

Thanks guys, thought as much. Fortunately, both indicator units need re-sealing anyway!
Think i'll give the undertray/spoiler removal a bash 1st.

(Fly off to Crete for 2 weeks tomorrow...so something to look forward too, when i get back).
