Still running bad, any ideas???

Ok then, so far my wedge has had a new airflow meter, new intake pipe (from AFM to plenum) as the last one was too big and has been fully tuned (yesterday morning) to run properly. To begin with the car was great idled fine, reved cleanly, etc. but thoroughout the day it got progressively worse stuttering and stalling (but not all the time). This morning I went to start the car and it's the same as before, takes ages to start stutters and backfires, etc before finally starting (and runs pretty rough when it is started too). Above 2000 rpm it pulls cleanly without problems. This is starting to drive me mad now as I haven't had the car long and all I want to do is drive it! So has anyone got any ideas?

Borat - I don't think anyone can give you a majic bullet here to fix your problem..

(Manitenance, EFI PDF down load) - there are loads of tests just for EFI.

It could also be the ignition or the fuel supply.

In short - I think you should let an expert find the fault for you.

Is the cold start injector still connected - if so try pulling the electrical connection off and see how it runs. Quite often the RV8 can get away without it.

I think you really need to start from scratch on this.

Check the plugs, leads, rotor arm and dizzy cap.
Check the ignition timing once it's running.
If you can check the mixture, did you adjust the AFM?
Then run through the fault finding guide for the injection system.

Not being funny, but if it was ok before it went to your dealer for a service, I would be spitting my dummy, and the car, back at them to sort out. They are supposed to be the experts on the 'older' TVR's and the Weedge is a fairly simple set-up.
