Anybody going to this or organising a run up there?

I have never been to one before, so don't know if its any good.

i've been quite a few times and are going again with some guys off the viper forum, last year about 60 various sports met at a flash dealership down south then convoyed up the M40, lambos, ferrari's,tvr's,lotus, a McLaren, a XJ220 were all in the 'cruise'

some nice rare cars were their as well like a full carbon Bugatti 110 !
you can also pay and run the AM test track

here's a thread from last year

Think you've just solved the usual birthday present problem for my missus (food show with James Martin) and I might just try and force myself to enjoy the cars!

I went 2 years ago. Rained but was still a very good day. Many cars there that you wouldn't see everyday and a convoy of deloreans. (Always worth a laugh!)

Whats the position with actually showing your car outside the museum? Does it have to be something very special? Does it cost?

If you are very lucky, you might spot a Tamora.

The MK1 MR2 Club is being represented there. As much as I like my car (and other MK1 MR2s), I hardly see them as "Supercars"...

We'll be there in Tango and either the track prepped car or the newly aquired Supercharged one...

Hi there,

Had a great day out at Gaydon today for the 2006 Supercar Sunday event. So glad this event falls on Fathers day as it means I get to go every year.
A well supported event again this year although I was a little disappointed that the Maserati MC12 that was supposed to be on show wasn't. Never mind seeing three Enzo's in one place more than made up for it.
I took over 200 pics today and will post a link to them as soon as I have had time to resize and upload them.
In the meantime heres a few to be going on with.

Trio of Enzo's

Expensive Traffic Jam - Ford GT, Murcielago and two Enzos

It was great to leave Gaydon just at the same time as one of the Enzo's. I followed it down the country roads and onto the M40 where it caused quite a stir. I then managed to overtake it before the driver put his foot down and sped off. It's probably the only time I will ever overtake a Ferrari Enzo.

My son took the picture before anyone says I should not use my camera phone while driving.

Regards

Tim
