LE MANS 2006 CAMPING & GRANDSTAND TICKETS AVAILABLE

I have a friend who has the following tickets

Beausejour Camping
Bleu Nord Camping
Houx Camping
Maison Blanche Grandstand Tickets

Will he be able to Sell spare tickets in Le Mans for what he paid for them. He paid £135 for each Grandstand Ticket but says he's willing to sell them at £100 each.
What do you think?????
