Finally got the Cerb close to being ready again. Had fitted a set of Protech coilover units and wanted to set the car up properly. A friend from work had a mate who races Hot Rods and had some corner weight scales that we used to check the cross weight and rake etc. Here's a few pics.







Without me in the drivers seat.



With me in the drivers seat, you can see it's near perfect crossweight, after we tweaked it to dial out a bit of the offside rear we managed to get it bang on. We let the extra weight in the rear corner to aid traction for the loading of the diff as that's the wheel that inherently lets go first.

I'm siutalbe impressed that a Cerb is so well balanced !!!(or have you done some twweating to get yours like that).

Did you put the bonnet back on, as that will still add a few kg's

Is that floor level? When we set up the F3000 car it would take ages to get the set up table level.

Near enough on the results though.

Yep bonnet was on. 1/4 of a tank of fuel.

Level was checked on the diagonals and we chocked up the front right as it was 20mm lower. That's what teh pic of the laser light shows.

Also the car totaled 1250Kg without me in it was was pretty bloody heavy I thought.

They are quoted as 1200kgs, and I suspect thats dry weight, so 1250kgs is about bang on in my eyes !

Ahhh I see, yep that would make sense then.
