Rover SD1 Gearbox into Rover P6 3500S Conversion

Hello there

I'm not sure if anyone has asked this, but can anyone tell me what is involved in replacing the P6 3500S 4-Speed manual box with a later 5 speed manual box from the SD1?

You'll need to change the spigot bearing in the end of the crank
and the clutch plate
