What is going on at Le Mans??

Folks,

I keep seeing these threads on PH and SELOC about people going over to Le Mans in their elises etc.

What is that all about is there a function going on at Le Mans or is it a 'driving trip' organised by PH for Le Mans etc. It looks kind of interesting and I'd like to go (if not this year then may be next), what are the entry requirements and how much does it cost? Where can i find out more?? Car wise I've got an 111r (am looking at getting the exige-s next year) and a Type-R I guess these are ok right???

Any info would be great!!

Er no!!! I know about the 24hrs Le Mans race!!!

I was just wondering if their was a PH organised event going from here as well, or it just a case of PH members meeting up at Le Mans etc... It looks interesting but I can't go this year because I'm on holiday I'd like to try next year though if possible.

There is no officiall PH convoy, just loads of them!

There is a PH meet on the Friday morning before Lemans which is organsed through PH, look at the sticky threads at the top of the forum.......

Informally organised, yes. A mass exodus to France for hundreds and thousands of Pistonheaders.

You must do this trip next year. Its awesome. I feel like I did when I was 6 waiting for Christmas.

thanks folks, I am keen BUT unfortunately I will be on the other side of the world!!!!
