fit nitrous to my new elise? I have a spare kit from a bike, and this is my only motor with 4 cylinders. I can''t see any reason not to, aside from the load on the bottom end, which shouldnt be great assuming I play carefully.... You can get anywhere from 10 - 40 bhp PER cylinder...so for brief moments its bloody good fun.... thoughts anyone? Night

What about traction !, surely that much extra bhp would shred the rear tyres ?

oh yeah!!- bloody good point think I should find a way to attach the rear axle back onto the frame of the car fist though - seems to be having enough trouble as it is!

Nick,

Dont worry - his comments were to me I think as I posted the same question there! Interestingly enough it suggests that long term a turbo/supercharger would be a bad move too....
