importing a ute?

Main point is to own it for 6 months in oz so you dont have to pay VAT. (Though I think utes might be vat free for businesses at present)
Also try and keep the Oz plates on it so you can drive it here while you sort out stuff like fog lights and speedo etc.
Other than that go for it.
Also have you looked on autotrader, there are some LS1 utes for around £12K from memory, you would want to check you can bring them over for less than that to make it worth while. Unless of course you want a new L76 6L ute. Those engines are awsome. Underrated according to the Ozzies. Stock one pulled 230rwkw which is on a par with the 300kw GTO!

docked today mate had a few customs issues i had to sort out hopefully thats all sorted and she will be coming home on tuesday or wednesday.
