Unlocking an Orange Samsung D500

I've entered the unlock codes wot I got from the internet, and now it's saying (with the non-Orange SIM) "Network Lock". Orange SIM works just dandy.

There's a limited number of attempts left, and I don't have this "network lock" password.

What to do? Is the phone fully unlocked? Is the SIM locked?

I'm a bit green to all this phone unlocking malarky, so be gentle.
