Cerbera with no cats

My cerbera is up for its mot, however I have heard that without its cats it will fail. Can anyone give me some advice to save me £600 on having them put back.

I take it from your posting that you didn't keep the cats when you swapped them?

If not, you could ask is someone local to you could lend you a pair for the MOT.

There are plenty of owners in Surrey that could lend you some.
Or why dont you use an indie garage eg APM ie he knows how to prepare and set up the Cerb for an MOT.

Probably a dumb question but I'll ask nonetheless,when replacing the Cats with straight through pipes is there any other changes that need to be made to ensure that the car runs properly?

Try TVRPower in coventry.

For £50 or so, they'll fit a temporary cat, take the car of the MOT and fix her back up afterwards.

By a spooky coincidence TVR Power is where I have the Cerbera serviced. Looks like little extra jobbie for the next trip in October.

why dont you phone up one of the companys and ask where the best tvr freindly garage is like racing green give them a ring and ask them where they would approve
