I don't think the driver did anything bad/wrong in that vid. There are no speed limits outside of Douglas and everyone, cars and bikes alike, know that they take to the mountain at thier own risk that week because there will be some fast plastic on the move. In fact, I thought the driver showed a lot more restraint that I would have...I found myself saying "Go on then...what are you waiting for?"
