Right, I need to understand this one! Unless your all running fancy crownwheel and pinions, my motor pulls 6000rpm down hanger strait at Silverstone which eqautes ah la stack to 163mph this is confirmed by GPS plus or minus 2mph. It would probably pull 63/64 given more space but if your looking for dreamer speeds then you need eight grand. ( I don't think so!)

Are you doubting the Cossie 200mph top speed based on aerodynamics or power from engine?

Is there anyone who knows how fast the Ultima actally goes? Of course this depends on gear ratio and power. But how fast have you guys went?

I read about the specrum5 guy, and he seem to have run ~220mph...

220 is the fastest I've heard of. However, as you mentioned yourself, it purely depends on the engine and gear ratios. I know that the factory did some wind tunnel testing when the first person was considering trying for over 200mph, and (with the right aerodynamic setup) the car was very stable, and easily capable of handling the speed.
