Blaupunkt Travel Pilot European Navigation CDs

At the end of July I'm off to Europe for a long weekend. Can anyone suggest where I could, err, borrow a set of European (France, Benelux and Germany primarily) Navigation CDs either prior to or for the duration of my travel.

Car is a 2001 Maserati 3200GT with a "factory fit" Blaupunkt Travel Pilot CD / Navigation system.
