LT77 Bellhousing - is it V8 Rover SD1 ?

Can anyone tell me if the bellhousing on a '92 precat 4.3 would be the standard V8 Rover SD1 item as shown in this fleebay auction? Although my excellent friend and I have fabricated a bracket to support the exhaust system after my lickle accident, I think I'd be happiest getting a replacement bellhousing to put on next time the gearbox is coming out.

I need a new / recon box is going to cost circa £800
