Took the Chim into Power engineering to get the polybushes done on the demonstrator and the two wheel rolling road bay was free, it had to be done didn't it?
Oh dear; 170 at the wheels 204BHP 200ft torque
This after a MC1 cam and ACT induction trumpets, god knows what it was putting out before the upgrade.

So much for Underpowered Racing Ltd hey Derek
, btw, the new clutch is in (thanks) the engine is fettled and getting ready to kick the living daylights out of yours and George's baby.
Now there's fighting take between (almost) team mates!
To be honest though, personally I think your only maybe 10-15hp down on where I'd expect you to be, and some minor tweaking could get that without a major panic, did you get a CO reading while it was on the rollers? Also get Steve to check the fuel pressure for you.
Regards
Iain

Yeah, he reckoned that it was slightly underfueled at the top end but not enough to make a mega difference and probably running retarded. Maybe find another 20 BHP, I must admit I thought the torque would have been much higher.
Still got the pre-cats in Derek ?
Steve ripped out mine when I first got the car (bog standard pre-Serp with 65K on the clock) and it did 237bhp/243 torque on the same Power Engineering rollers.
Not suggesting it'll gain you 40 bhp but worth a thought ?
No idea what it's putting out now, with the ACT trumpets and intake stuff.

Exactly, having spent out on the MC1 and the trumpets, I was hoping for more. Back to the drawing board!
Sorry I can't suggest anything.. probably best asking V8racing to be honest
Hope you get it sorted.
