Morning everyone,

As there seems to be no sign of anyone talking about this, I thought I would post. Is anyone from here going this Sunday?

Cheers,

Can't make Le Mans due to family commitments (Andy and Si are "singly's" so don't understand the meaning of commitment! ).
I will be at Gaydon, though.
The plan is to head up from Lambo Wycombe in convoy about 09:00. Should wake a few locals.

gaydon is well worth a visit, last year there were 70 plus lambos, and lots of other rare motors. i think the clash with le mans could dent the turn out little.

afraid i'll be at the 24hr.

Le Mans was always going to cause problems with numbers! Shame it has fallen on the same weekend this year!

Crikeymikey, will see you at wycombe as I'm joining the convoy too. Please come and say hi. Would be very interested in what you have to say about your Gallardo as looking at getting one just like it.

Lone Granger, The museaum is just off junction 12 of the M40, next to the Aston Martin site at Gaydon. Last year there were 400ish supercars to drool over, not to mention what was inside the centre....lots of history there. A great day out, food, sights, hot laps in certain cars were offered at a cost etc etc.

Cheers,

The 9am Wycombe run sounds good, am interested in joining that convoy if its not restricted to Lambo's!!

Hi there,

Supercar Sunday should be good fun, last year there were loads of great cars including two Bugatti EB110's (one of them was the plain carbon fibre edition).

This year there should be some equally stunning cars.

I had been speaking to Alan Robb (ruttboy) about the event before he left Lamborghini Wycombe and he told me they hoped to have a Ferrari Enzo FXX and Maserati MC12 on display.
For those of you who don't know Lamborghini Wycombe are the main sponsors of the event and usually bring along some superb cars. Not sure if the FXX will be there but hopefully the MC12 will be.

The Supercar Sunday website (www.supercarsunday.co.uk) states the following:-
"This year Supercar Sunday will again coincide with Father's Day. A fantastic array of Supercars, including the Maserati MC-12, Lamborghini Murcielago 40th Anniversary and Porsche Carrera GT, will be on display for this annual show and is sure to be a Super treat for Dad!"

Heres some pics from last year to wet the appetite.

See you there.

Regards

Tim

No probs, Peter.
See you Sunday. Make your self conspicuous (although Cossie may be a give away!).

Nice pics, Tim.
Spookily, that first one has me in the centre, background!
The 'Bugs' where most droolworthy, especially the Dauer. Yum! Dribble! Etc.

Hello all,

Just thought I would add my support to this weekends event.

It is being sponsored by Lamborghini Wycombe, and despite the fact that I have parted company with them, rest assured they will provide you all with a fantastic day, and look after you all.

This years show should be better than last years, and it deserves your support, so if you can, get to Lamborghini Wycombe on Sunday at 8 am, and join in the excellent convoy of 100 supercars to the show, and give the Heritage Centre all the support it deserves.

I won't be there due to prior engagements, but I will be there is spirit.

Alan.
