Hesitancy and random indicator beeping

I've had my Cerb for 6 weeks now and slowly building up confidence in her reliability. However I have noticed a couple of things that I would like some advice on.
1) Below 2.5/3krpm when hot or cold she can feel hesitant - it doesn't seem to matter whether I apply the throttle progressively or go for a wide open. It only lasts a fraction of a second and then she's off. Feels like a fuel issue at low revs?? Above 3k she goes like stink. I can't really recall it happening in the first week or so after driving her away from Fernies - she had 1/2 tank of fuel of which brand I don't know. She could of had the problem then but I may of not noticed as I was getting use to driving a Cerb again. Since then I've had her running on Optimax and have noticed the problem. A couple of weeks ago I switched to Tesco 99Ron - same issue. She was serviced in March by Fernies (and also they gave her the once over before I took delivery). Any ideas? A friend suggested disconnecting the battery to allow the ECU to re-learn as she may have been set up for a lower Ron fuel?
2) Occasionally (and it would seem to be getting more frequent) I hear the indicator beep (no lights though). Again it lasts for a split second. I put it down to a dodgy connection - the road to my house is quite bumpy (although it has never done it down that road!) . However last night when I was out for a 30 minute hoon at dusk, it happened again. But this time I'm 95% sure that I noticed the MIL light blink on at the same time. Obviously I'm worried that this could be serious. Any ideas or just a gremlin?

I think the slightly hesitant or rough running below 3k is fairly standard for bog standard cards. Mine is certainly the same, and I get mine regularly serviced at Fernies too. Those that have had ECU replacement or re-maps apparently are much smoother. Just put yer foot down and don't worry!
I've had the irregular beeping too, but no MIL light. Took it in to Fernies and it transpired that the MIL light had blown. The beeping was down to knackered lambda sensors which were both replaced - no beeping now!

Thought the lumpyness was probably ok. As you say, just need to put that foot down. Funny how your right foot seems to be connected to your mouth when you're in a Cerbera
It's still under it's 3 month warranty with Fernies, so I guess I'll have a trip up the A3 and get it checked out. Better safe than sorry.

I'd agree! Mine always felt a little hesitant when the loud pedal was stamped @ low revs. I would suggest that initially you get the throttle pots set up (mine was always best after a service) and then remapped - I got Austec to base my map around town driving, so the pick up is much smoother @ low revs.
With regards to the 'peep' I too had this problem...mind like a sieve, but seem to remember that it was a failing Lambada Sensor - it doesn't do it now for sure!
