I think the nearest ones are the two Texaco garages either side of the dual carriageway between the Thetford roundabouts going towards London. They are about 10 minute drive to the track.
Going the other way, you will have to go as far as Attleborough for the Shell station. This is about 15-20 minutes away.
I am not sure but there was a petrol pump at the track but not sure if its for public use?

Snetterton does have a few pumps there at the track.
On a trackday, they open them up at specific times but they'll also open them up at any other time of the day if you ask them.

Best bet is definitely to get to Texaco or Shell as mentioned. Sainsbury's has one in Attleborough. Right at the first roundabout heading towards Norwich, keep going straight.

The stuff on site was ludicrously expensive last time I bought some, and it was just regular onion juice not even super.

The petrol station at the circuit was open on Saturday when I was there. It was a race day.

There was a note with opening times on the door but I didn't have pen and paper with me when I walked past. The circuit office should be able to tell you opening times.
