Spotted!

I never thought I'd ever do a spotted post, but here goes!

M27 at around half past nine this morning, driving towards Southampton from Portsmouth
Canary yellow Ute or Maloo
It was an 05 registration didnt catch any more than that, it was going too fast
Who's is it .... anybody here?



Damn nice vehicle, really stands out amongst all the other mediocre vehicles on the road!

Was anybody on here driving a blue monaro on the M6/A14 (can't remember which it was now!) at around 5:30am?

was me, did you have a red one on the back of a trailer?

I was on my way to Greens for the recal mod some warranty work and to upgrade to VXR brakes. Good day out.

I was on the M6 just before the M1/A14 junction. Was yours a GTS, sorry I was half asleep concentrating on driving slowly till my eyes caught up with the right foot.

Just a footnote this is my first spot other than at meets and the like talk about "hens teeth"

I must be lucky then I have seen quite a few..........a black Monaro in Hambleton, Over Wyre as having one of mine MOT'd, a blue Monaro in the Wigan area, a yellow Monaro in Lancaster and a blue HSV GTS and a blue Monaro on the M62 near the M66 junction all within the past 3 months, plus of course quite a few at Monkfish when visiting!

Aaww no I meant spotted another on the road. I have already seen and driven mine a couple of times She (I say she as all my cars end up with girls names ) is awaiting various pamperings before she is ready to collect. It will be a little longer than I would of hoped, possibly Friday if all goes really well but the contracted collect date is now a week Wed

could have sworn I spotted a blue monaro eastbound on the M8 tonight around 9pm in Glasgow which would be the first one I've seen on the road so to speak.

Yeah, that was me Yorkkie. Taking mine into LSV for some clutch work (which has ended up being mods too!) Had been on the road all night when you passed me. Left Edinburgh at midnight. 840 mile round trip in one day after some extra running around. Absolutely shattered now.!

I saw that Monaro on the A1 last week in the distance and came up behind, identical model / colour, wonder what’s the odds are for that to happen Did the 2 car convoy for a few miles with a few overtaking manoeuvres. Was my first spot and I’m old enough not to get excited but sure raised my BP a few points, was gob smacked. Obviously owner not on here yet.
