See the price of narrow and wideband meters is now pretty affordable (the Luminition 19LED one seems pretty well regarded for a budget device) and I quite like the idea of real time info on mixture now I've been tinkering. Anyone played with one? Did you tap the signal off the existing oxygen sensors or did you plumb in a dedicated separate sensor? Results?

The narrowband ones are a waste of time and money imo. There are various good standalone wideband meters on the market but they aren't cheap.

The innovate ones are good, as are the Autronics ones (which we use)

I use a wideband Innovate LC1 with an XD gauge combo.I must say i'm very pleased with it in terms of its performance, quality and flexibility. You can record and datalog data etc,and the gauge is programmable to alter the display to your own preferences-very good kit.The Innovate also have a great forum, which i found very helpfull when i was being a doofus when i set it up!!Worth adding that so far its been 100% reliable, and has proved its worth in helping make diagnosing a faulty fuel pressure regulator that much easier.Well recommended.
