TVR T350 Spiders

On the topic of Spiders..both my fronts (18" Anthracite) have minor scuffing - anyone had theirs refinished? Also, how much are new ones?
They're pretty straightforward to have refurbished. But check they're not buckled first - they do buckle easily and you may not realise it. You will lose the small TVR logo on one of the spokes unless the damage is local to another part of the wheel. Most people won't notice this is missing.

The scuffs are isolated to the rim, I didn't really want to lose the TVR decal so maybe I can just have the rim done.
Anyone have a recommended repairer for these - Cardiff area?
Spot on - I outed my spiders for the SP12's on my T350c, which enabled me to go to 265's at the rear. Result = lighter wheels, better grip, less tram-lining, stronger wheel which is more exclusive. Plus, I think they are reasonably priced for what they deliver. Speak to Matt at SP - he's a top bloke.

New Spiders from The factory are £220:00, enquired last week.
TVR Power quote was £266 inc VAT and delivery (front anthracite)
Bearing in mind they are sold to power / tvr for £50 each , I would say they are overpriced for a cheap wheel. The SP wheels have a much more reasonable profit margin ie they are a good quality wheel.

Who makes the wheels does anyone know? If they really are this cheap then thats the same price as a refurb, maybe now the factory is gone we may be able to buy direct if someone has the correct contacts.....

when mine were referbished due to scuffing I lost the badges too, but the end result is well worth it IMO

I know the owner of the wheel company and they wont sell direct - the contract for spiders is with Power now I think.
