F.A.O Cotty - 24hr Kart Race

Cotty,
Saw your post under the fitness thread about wanting to enter a team in a 24hr kart race. Do you have any details of these, are they 'arrive and drive' or do you need a licence?
Please excuse my ignorance in this matter, but being relatively new to this karting lark I'm trying to get as much info as possible.
With only doing a couple or three rounds in club100 this year the Team want more track time.
