Porsche Extended Warranty and RMS Failure.
Discussion
No they're not.
They have RMS.
Their engines blow up.
They depreciate like mad.
The OPC warranty is next to useless.
Majority of OPC's are next to useless.
Parts and servicing costs are horrendous.
Everyone uses an indy for any work but would never buy a car without full OPC history.
They make cars with Savanah leather.
The fronts need painting every week.
Tiptronic is the biggest piece of crap ever developed.
Clutches go in 10k.
Header tanks split almost weekly.
Porsche coolant is more expensive than Guinness.
It takes a full day to change the plugs.
Keys lose sync every couple of months.
The general public treat you like crap and chavs enjoy creating "down to the metal" stripes.
They are kept locked in garages for fear of being stolen or doing too many miles and losing money.
They're just a huge source of worry in all respects, for all of us. It amazes me that anyone actually buys one.
Well I love mine and I drive it and accept, ney, don't consider the running costs. It's not cheap but I wouldn't have bought it if I worried about running costs. I am not going to disappear up my own ass worrying about all the above. I'm going to drive it and enjoy the experience, so there.
