As long as it has a limited slip dif, you can 'hold' a drift as long as you like. But probably the tarmac tells you to stop (like in not enough corner....). Got a drifting coarse as a gift, but clutch is non-functional, so need to fix it before the serious training and drifting to my liking will happen. Must say that drifting in a TVR and especially a wedge needs a lot of training. Tried it several times, but holding a drift is like balancing on the edge of a knife.... I consider being able to drift in a controlled way with a wedge as pure art (I still can't, and hope to get the full hang of it this year).

Tried it few few times in an empty wet carpark once, I got close but not close enough to try it with cars around.
It was in the Impreza not the wedge though, not sure that the handbrake in the wedge is good enough. The lad pushing the trolleys around was impressed anyway.
