watching the Italy v USA match, it seems like all the Italians are made of paper - any slight gust of wind and they fall over?

It's the extra large grass on the footy fields in germany. Very easy to trip up on them...

This ref needs to punish people for diving.

A few yellows would sort it out.

It reminds me of C Ronaldo in Euro 04

Bloody good work USA: had the Eyetie whinger not fallen over they'd have won 2:1.

Could this have been the same USA we saw against the Czechs?? Methinks Mr Arena put something in their pepsi/coke/other drink attached to a sponsorship tie in...

The Italians really wind me up with their theatrical antics. it's why i so like to see them get beat by anyone. I was cheerign the USA yesterday, and i thought thye were the better team.

What also wound me up was the sheer bias of teh commentator - everytime Italy strung two passed together, words such as 'beautiful', 'exquisite' or 'phenomenal' poured forth from teh commentators mouth, but whenever USA did some good moves (and there were plenty) they said absolutely nothing. Really put me off ITV commentary - may listen to it with the Radio in future
