on another note guys......
My xkr has anthracite paint (black metallic) and i noticed in the very bright sun this weekend that in places the paint looked a little dull, almost had a few flat spots.
I washed it twice then dried it & used t-cut colour restorer, on the whole worked very well but i noticed that one rear wing panel (which I had left to go hazy for a little too long) was almost impossible to polish dry to a shine & just seemed smeary?? Was this down to leaving it too long ?
As an aside should I now wax the car too ?

Umm. Oh dear. Ditch the t-cut and use a polish, glaze and wax. For now a Quick Detailer will help with that residue.
