With Pug returning with a diesel and the possibility of the Porsche RS Spyder competing it olooks like next year's race could be good one - particluarlly as Audi will have some competition. I also hope pescarolo will be there in come form - there is a rumour of Peascarolo linking with Pug and their diesel.

Big Peugeot and Pescarolo rumours for another diesel assault on LM. One thing is for sure, I will be there next year. When do they announce the dates then??

Me too.

Dates are the nearest weekend to the 21st (longest day) each year.

Forgot about that.

Rumours are that the diesel pug 908 (as it will be called) will be a closed top. This is because the new regs with closed cars needing air con mean that they will be allowed bigger air restricters to compensate for the power loss - could this lead to a closed R10? You heard it here first....

There was talk on RLM the Dyson AER that gives the Audi R8 a run for its money in the ALMS coming to LM. In GT1 there is talk of a BMW M6 gt car, in a few years we could see a Ferrari 599GTB and a Lexus LF-A gt car as well - but thats just my speculation.

GT2 could see more challengers to the GT3RSR in 2007 - the DBR9's slower brother the DBRS9 could be at LM as could the racing version of the BMW Z4M.

LMP2 could see some close racing between the Porsche RS Spyder and that Radical customer car in years to come.

It was just idle speculation.

They have 4years untill they have to go closed top so its only a matter of time...

seemed to be lots of rumours that Pescarolo might not be there next year hope they are though, for competitions sake and they sound great.
