Was it a MK2? If so, I think it's owned by a french chap with a shaved head. If it's the one I am thinking about then the car has been Mantheyed and the owner is also a pretty quick driver on track.

don't know diff between mk I & II ! Car was very low , rollcage , modded exhaust and v fast

Sounds like the one I thought it was. MK2 has a flat rear wing rather than the curved/sculpted rear wing of the MK1. Modded exhaust(two single round pipes, one at each corner) is consistent with the Manthey upgrade.

nope. Not unless the owner is nuts, as you may as well buy the GT2 if that's what you want.

Yep you wouldn't want to come up against a Turbo or a GT2....now they are really fast !

Hi not sure who started this but a friend of mine passed it on. I confirm that the car is a 996 MKII slightly Manthey'd. Good fun with the 360 Stradale???
