Paint Shop Pro Help Please

Hi All, I'm currently using Paint Shop Pro ver 9 and I'm trying to modify a picture but not having much luck. If anyone can offer any advice I be very grateful. I have a rectangular picture that I want to turn into an eliptical picture with an edge that dissolves from the picture into a white background. Either the help on PSP9 is not very good, or I'm looking in the wrong place, so if anyone can offer any advice, I'll try it out.

You want to apply a vignette. Don't have paintshop in front of me, but have found this:

Not sure how well this applies to v9 but it should help. Otherwise download a plugin that will create artificial vignettes.

Brilliant, I've had a look at the process and it looks like just what I need.

Thanks for your help, I can now get on with finishing of my Table plan for my Wedding Breakfast!!!!!
