What did you forget / what do plan to take next year
Discussion
The first year we had no fridge so this year we took a generator & proper fridge. Cold beer, oh yes. Decent BBQ as well this year instead of disposable crap first time.
Next year I think a mini quad is on the cards for getting around site / nipping to shops.
Oh, and obviously a faster car to travel in

A shower bag that you can fill with water, hang-up, then shower under. Bloody queues at Houx Annexe were just too much hassle and I ended up not showering for two and half days. Honhihon - I am finally turning french after 8 years here and becoming a soap-dodger....
Alternatively our group are discussing the idea of a small caravan just to provide toilet and shower facilites for the group - apart from that camping was a good laugh. Problem is that i don't want to drive there in a van towing a caravan, I want to tool down with beer and a tent in my porker like this year!

If I ever go again, I'd like to go in a hot hatch for a bit of luggage space to fit in the all important fridge.
were you the ones in the MX5?
we deliberated on which car to take, my MX or the other halfs clio, opted for clio and so glad we did, reasons being... more space & air con.
One of our group got absolutley soaked when someone- (English!) chucked water in their open sunroof- they and their NEW car got very wet, they werent best pleased.
Although its nice to take a sports car, you need to stay cool, have room for the important stuff. Its only going to get dusty

I did take the MX-5 and to be honest it wasn't too bad. It would have been better if I had only to take my own luggage not everyone else's but the boot swallowed it all up admirably though I had to shut the lid gingerly
There's quite a bit of space behind the seats but the real killer was no air-con. With the roof down, we just baked but the car was totally faultless there and back, with the exception of blowing a headlight bulb, which could have heppened in anything really. It just took ages to pack it all properly.
Sideways past the Gendarmes on the way out of MB campsite was good fun though.
